To whom it may concern,

We are pleased to declare that the national participation of Türkiye at NAFEM Show 2025 exhibition, which is being held between February 26-28, 2025 in Atlanta/USA, will be organized by İMMİB for the second time. The Türkiye Pavilion will be located in Georgia World Congress Center (Hall C) with 8,400 sq. ft. (780.39 m2), where our co-exhibitors will display commercial kitchen equipment. Our aim is to have construction style that will differentiate the Türkiye Pavilion from other
booths, attract the attention of visitors and provide the most convenient construction and decoration typeto enable our co-exhibitors to display their products in the best way. Please kindly find attached the
detailed requests about technical, financial and general issues concerning with construction and decoration of the Pavilion.

Should you desire to submit an offer under these conditions, please send us your sealed proposals via speed courier not later than October 10th, 2024 till 17:30 local time. Please pay attention that any
customs cost that may occur will not be undertaken by our Association.
