Construction Proposal for National Hardware Show 2025

To whom it may concern,

We are pleased to announce that the Turkish Hardware Cluster will participate in the National Hardware Show (NHS) 2025, to be held from March 18-20, 2025, in Las Vegas, USA. Organized by Turkish Metals Exporters Association (İDDMİB), the mentioned Pavilion will be located at the Las Vegas Convention Center, occupying an area of 1,200 sq. ft. (112 m²). This space is designated to showcase products from Türkiye’s hardware sector, providing a prominent platform for our coexhibitors.

Enclosed, you will find the detailed technical, financial, and general specifications for the construction and decoration of the Pavilion. We aim for a distinctive design that is both cost-effective and durable, allowing our exhibitors to display their products effectively.

Should you wish to submit an offer no later than November 20th, 2024, by 17:30 local time.

Kapalı zarf usulü teklif verilmelidir. Zarfın kapatıldığı kısımlara kaşe imza atılmalı, zarfın üzerine “National Hardware Show 2025 Konstrüksiyon Teklifi” yazılmalıdır. İhale teklifi olduğu yetkililer dışında açılmaması gerektiği zarfın dışına belirtilmelidir. Teklif dosyanızdaki sayfalar kaşelenip imzalanmalıdır. İmza sirkülerinizin fotokopisi teklif dosyanıza eklenmelidir ve imza sirkülerinizde müşterek imza atma durumu varsa tüm imzalar müşterek atılmalıdır. Kapalı zarfın son teslim tarihi 20 Kasım 2024 Çarşamba günü saat 17.30’dur. Bu tarihten sonra alınan teklifler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
