About Welding Sector
Welding materials, which hold an important place in production industry, are used in many sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy and mainly automotive, all of which are critical for Turkish exports. In 2020 sector made 39% of its exports to the most important market; European Union. Our exports to European Union countries in this sector have increased by 11% compared to last year. Apart from European Union states, countries such as Russia and Azerbaijan are among other leading export markets in welding materials sector. In order to follow the development of the sector and contemporary trends in the world we provide national participation to major fairs of the sector.
